The members of VPA have already acted both nationally and internationally in providing specialized services to the mining industry, granting legal and institutional support to companies in the sector, namely, but not exclusively, in the identification of areas of prospective interest, negotiations with regulatory authorities, compliance with the reporting obligations and the negotiation of offtake agreements for the sale of exploited raw materials.
